Hammers Construction specializes in energy-efficient TUFFY pre-engineered refrigerated building panels by EPS. 

TUFFY Structural wall modules:

  • Utilize expanded polystyene foam up to R33 and are CFC Free
  • Eliminate the need for structural steel frames
  • Integrate moisture proofing within the module
  • Provide USDA-accepted surfaces that are maintenance free
  • Facing Options include:  Aluminum, Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or plywood

TUFFY Cooler and Freezer Doors include:

  • Rigid Foam Insulation
  • Cam Lift Hinges
  • Compression Style Gaskets
  • Chrome Hardware with Stainless Steel Fasteners
  • Doublerun of Self Regulating Heater Cable for Freezes
